Brought old battery back to get $22 core reimbursement and representative was adamant that had already reimbursed me when I showed receipt that had not been reimbursed. Representative was combative and not open to understanding his misunderstanding of situation based on clear receipt.
Best customer service ever. Both my key fobs stopped working. Dealer said I needed new ones. Lamond and Marcus at Batteries simply reprogrammed my existing fobs. If you want superb service, friendly staff and a quicky repair - go to Batteries Plus in Orange City. They also offer many other services such as cell phone repair.
Exceptional service and care when our battery was malfunctioning and we were on a long road trip. Very grateful for Lamont!
