Got long lasting led light bulbs from here. They were replaced in store under their warranty. Also got a good adapter for my computer. Sadly, learned from the Lees Summit location that this one is permanently closed.
When I call they always say the store is closed. I have been trying to contact the store in Independece on Noland Road
I always have a great experience at the Independence store. Sad to see it shutdown.
Very rude. Walked in with my lawn mower battery and the employee didn't let me get 2 words out to explain why I was there. Just told me they can't do anything at all with those types of batteries and to have a good day. Poor customer service.
Man told me yesterday they open at 8am, I'm here and been here for 30 minutes and nothing! I got my time scheduled and planned and this not part of it! It's now past 830 am and still nothing. I'll wait another 15 minutes then I'm leaving...... Thanks alot!
