I signed up to receive text messages from Batteries Plus and I received a “Welcome” text reply with a promotion offer code to receive an 18% Discount on my first mobile order. I immediately attempted to place my mobile order and the promotion code was invalid. I contacted the Batteries Plus customer service department and was informed the promotion code (for the 18% Discount) would not work for the mobile order.
