Took a watch here for a battery. Some how they broke the watch and they said they would send it in and get it fixed. Well, it’s been a long while now and it’s still not back. Everytime I call to see when it will be back, all I get is, “ be here sometime, will call when it’s in to us. I’m tired of waiting. I’m going to file a small claims in court before long. I can’t recommend going here.
The employees of this store are exceptional…..knowledgeable and polite….my “go to” for batteries and such!
Found this place through a google search and made an appointment same day! Online scheduling was easy and once I got there they diagnosed the problem and fixed it within half an hour. Just a simple screen replacement, but saved me from having to buy a brand new phone.
