Purchased a car battery. Did not read this Warranty Policy before purchasing: "A warranty claim may require product analysis prior to issuance of a credit or replacement which may take up to two (2) business days to process. " I have one car, had to get a ride to take my dead battery in, and was hoping to get a replacement to take back. I was then told about the Warranty Policy and it might be two (2) days before replacement if they found the battery bad. Great price and warranty.
I would leave a score of 0 if I could. Horrible experience and complete lack of concern by the employee at the arlington TX store on Fielder. Came in for a simple warranty replacement and was told the warranty didn't cover the battery. I was told the issue was with my car???? What a way for Batteries plus to make money by scammoing customers and not supporting their warranties. Complete lack of concern by the employee and VERY rude to the customer!!!!!!!
Need a new battery for my key fob they had it and they replaced it quick and easy awesome place
