This particular store and most likely all batteries plus stores charge between one and a half, and two times the price you can get the same item for on Amazon. I'm all about shopping local, but they never seem to have anything in stock and most recently my alarm system battery needed to be replaced and they told me multiple weeks to get a replacement battery at 50% over the cost. Very slow, very uninformed, very disorganized.
I just had a horrible experience at this store. My insurance company, Assurion, directed me here to get my phone screen repaired. The technician was on the phone, cursing out her boyfriend with extremely nasty language, while I waited for an hour. My presence did nothing to modify her language. Her attention was not on my phone the entire time. I have no confidence that my phone was correctly fixed.
Has helped me on four occasions, including auto remote controls and watch batteries. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.
