The guy disabled my phone took my 100 bucks and laughed about it I was not able to get into my phone and it's been months it has my business info and my bank info he told me to go to the Apple store and they would fix it they couldn't even fix it so I've been without a phone for months lost money and we end of being homeless I will never invest in this company again people are so mean and cruel for no reason at all smh the town of North Augusta sucks they don't even help one another or work together

Quickly replaced my daughter’s iPhone screen
I had no appointment went in to get my phone screen repaired Great and fast service Great customer service!!
Recently had store replace iPhone 12 Promax screen due to burn and cracks. Location convenient; took 30 minutes, $150.00. Looked great but Face ID / biometrics did not function after repair. Per Apple Store, proximity sensor was damaged and screen was not up to their specs. Cost for Apple to repair would be $500.00. Intake form signed before repair spared store from liability, so lost the money. Store Manager did their job but a credit or refund would have been great optics for Batteries Plus. Lesson learned.
