Bought two jet ski batteries. One was dead after 10 minutes of use. I have a life and wasn't able to get there to trade in the battery for a replacement within 14 days. So now they're gonna charge the battery overnight and if it doesn't work, then they'll replace the battery. That means I have to do another trip to the store - And as I said, I wasn't able to get here within the 14 day return period. So it's an extreme inconvenience to have to come back tomorrow. Excellent. The battery is working perfectly in my phone, so I didn’t have to buy a battery. Excellent service. They didn’t break my screen while they were working on my phone to fix the battery. I didn’t have to wait at all for a new screen because one wasn’t needed. I wasn’t there until 7 or 8 o’clock at night, and my 3 o’clock appointment was finished promptly. The battery was genuine Apple, not cheap junk from Temu.

Terrible. battery is screwing up my phone, had to buy a battery terrible service they broke my screen when they were working on my phone to fix the battery had to wait at least 2 to 3 hours on them to get a new screen. I was there till seven or 8 o’clock at night and my appointment was at 3 o’clock battery was not Apple cheap junk from Temu.
