Horrible customer service
Quick order, battery in stock, store less than a mile from where I live. Pickup was quick and painless. After placing the online order for around $250, got an emailed discount for 16% off. Would've saved me over $33, but the store could not apply the discount and the order had been placed. Don't like giving away free money. Would not recommend Batteries +.
I had a great experience at Batteries Plus! They fixed my iPhone 12 Pro Max quickly and professionally. A big thank you to the tall guy and the one in the black polo for their awesome service and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!
Came in early today to get a motorcycle battery because Autozone gave me the wrong one. I was impressed by their cheaper prices and they even have a longer warranty than Autozone. Thank you guys 😊
