Mike, the manager, at BatteriesPlus was absolutely great! He helped me replace a pocket watch battery and made the whole interaction so easy. He was professional, kind, quick and friendly. The service was excellent and so was the price. He did a wonderful job and I really appreciate it. Thank you Mike!
Great service at best prices.
I stopped by on 3/6 to buy a couple of batteries including a key fob battery. When I asked the employee (I believe his name is Ian) he said OK and took the key fob from me and took it to the back without asking anything else. He installed the battery and asked for 18.99. He didn't ask if I wanted it installed or just wanted to buy the battery and do it myself. When I mentioned that this is something that I could have done myself and I was just wanting the battery and said "It's all good" and continued on with the transaction... read more
My car’s battery was dying so I pulled up here. The manager helped me by testing my battery and suggesting some great batteries. I think his name was Michael but he was super knowledgeable and helped me out so much all while he was helping his employees!
