I bought a battery for my SxS in November, 2023. In December 2025, it wouldn't start my vehicle. I jumped it, thinking I had left something on that drained it. 2 weeks later, dead again. I brought it in on a Sunday, they said they'd charge and test it and give me a call in an hour. No call. Monday, I went in to check on it. No one knew what was going on, but they located it on the charger, but they said they had a flood, so the power wasn't on. I got a call later saying it was bad. DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED HERE! I was charged $350 for a defective screen which fell off after a week, on top of that they dont let paying customers use the bathroom. Please save your money and use your time to drive a bit further to for example CPR [CELL PHONE REPAIR]. NOBODY IN THE STORE IS QUALIFIED TO REPAIR PHONES!!
