Bought a battery, literally 4 months out of warranty. Which makes it a year and 4 months old. Called to see if they can help me out, guy on the phone was a compelete smartass. He was counting out months to me like I was a child, I told him not to be a smartass, he told me not to be or he wouldn’t help me out and he hung up. I went in since I was on my way in anyway. My truck remote seemed not to be working so I stopped in and 'Drake' (a very customer service employee) assisted me in replacing the battery. What I didn't know or had forgotten was that there is a small button on the remote when pushed gives me an emergency key if the remote does not work. I very much appreciated him showing at the me. JH
Called store asked about battery for motorcycle. They had two kinds. Went in both batteries fully charged ready to go and awaiting selection. Great service, great products! And, they last thru 5 AZ summers!
One store did not have battery in stock, So another one was called and. put on hold
