Customer service was the worst at this location.
This location does not take household batteries. Good thing I called before lugging heavy batteries around. The website is not correct and the guy who answered the call didn't seem to care much. Just go to the city for recycling needs.
To all my drivers looking for a battery – I stopped in and met Mike & his team today. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to explain my situation, and even ran a diagnostic test on my battery life. Fortunately, I still have enough charge for now, but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on it. I didn’t even know they had a store they definitely need to do more advertising in the community so folks know they’re here when the time comes. Excellent service 🙌👌
Once again, Batteries Plus comes through when even auto parts stores couldn't. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase and I'll be back the next time I need a battery. Staff is friendly and competent. Store is clean and organized. Ordered online and I was in the store for less than 2 minutes to pick up my purchase. Can't say enough about this business. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a better experience with a battery purchase.
Don’t go there for watches battery replacement! It’s the first time I tried this place and it was just a disappointing experience, they claim they can replace watches batteries but they actually damage watches, the man who replaced the batteries for the two watches was ridiculously unprofessional and has scratched both watches from the back in an ignorant and moronic way.. He was also careless when I told him about the scratch, saying that scratching can happen! So be careful and don’t go there to replace your watches batter... read more
