Tried to buy a battery. The young man working the counter was rude and unpleasant enough that even if they had the battery I would go elsewhere. Other locations have been helpful but why they hire this kind of jerk is beyond me
This is my go-to place for phone repair, electronic port cleaning, and obsecure bulbs or batteries that others don't carry. The employees are always so polite and helpful. If course there are always going to be things that can't be fixed but they will do their best. They have replaced batteries and screens for me and family members several times over the last 4 years since I discovered them. Made an appointment, I was told the battery was available and would take 3hrs. Waited 1.5 hrs and was told, they made a mistake and didn't have it. Wasted Time!
Problems either car batteries seemed to always occur prior to a busy week. Glad our local store was open on Sunday for battery pick up.
