The bearded gentleman who helped us on a Sunday evening about a half an hour before closing was fantastic. I had stupidly gotten an SD card stuck in the slot were the e-SIM should go. And, he managed to get it out and save the phone! High marks for patience!! This store is a tremendous resource and we’ve received significant help with our cell phones here.
BEWARE! technician broke my phone and the store is not responsible. I took my cell phone to this location, per instructions on my claim via Assurant for a hairline fracture on the screen. About an hour later I got a call from Travis informing me that my phone was 'ready for pickup'; upon arrival he told me there was a problem and the back panel of my screen was cracked. I purchased a door Cell car battery on October 9, 2023 with a three year warranty and after six months the battery went bad and when I went to take it back to the store, they refuse warranty because the voltage was only 1.5 of course the voltage is low The battery is bad and they denied coverage
Jerry was an awesome help to our family at the Cross Drive Suite #2A location in Littleton, CO!! Tonight Jerry stayed past closing for a phone device repair and we honestly thought we'd have to come back tomorrow but he stayed to fix our device. My Iphone accidently was dropped in water. I thought I would be buying a new phone, but I took it in to Batteries plus Bulbs "We fix it" repair, with very little confidence that anything could be done. I was treated so well. The young man who greeted me told me he would get it to their repair man, and he thought it could be dried out and repaired.
