I ordered a battery online for ship to store, got an order confirmation email that stated I would be notified when it arrived at my local store. The next week I get a call from the local store that the battery is out of stock and that I have to come into the store for a refund. First, it's unreasonable that I have to go into a store for a refund of an online order. The staff is very knowledgable and easy to work with.
Wrong battery supplied. Voltage incorrect and upon return no one at store during operating hours.
State open at 10am on website and phone message. Show up to buy a new car battery. Door says 10am. They're closed as door locked. No one inside. Won't be back again!
