Went in to get my battery replaced and was greeted by a very knowledgeable employee, Andrew. Gave me all the specs I needed for my battery and gave me a great selection that matched my needs.
Amazing customer service from Andrew! I went in to see if a small antique watch I thrifted could be fixed and had an amazing experience. Andrew greeted us immediately and was very competent, I thought it would take awhile but he literally added a new battery and even set the watch in under five minutes. Very friendly and helpful! I never thought I’d have a great experience in a battery store but that was genuinely seamless. Ten out of ten give this man a raise!
They did outstanding work cleaning out my charging portal on my IPhone. I recommend them highly!
