After a workout at the flagstaff planet fitness today, I was unable to start my truck. I had one of the nice workers come out to try to jump start it. Lo and behold that’s when Chaleenah showed up. She had just come from work & was nice enough to come help. Thinking I may need a new battery she was willing to drive back to her shop to see if she had one in stock. I received excellent help from Chaleenah Shearon. I was looking for a very unusual light bulb and she had it in stock and found it right away.She was knowlegeable, professional and pleasant in the help she gave, Thank you, Chaleenah.
Extremely helpful with getting the batteries I needed for my solar system. Putting them in my truck for me, allowing me to bring the cores in after changing out in my system so I could keep power on until install. She's great!!
Very friendly. The lady working there was helpful and the price for the batteries I was looking for was a good price.
Super unhelpful. Called about getting a new keyfob and she basically couldn’t help me cause they have nothing but ford keys even though I drive a damn Honda (thought this was a pretty common brand but not according to them). When asking for another place to go she had “no idea” and said I’d have to go to the dealer. Super unhelpful will never go to this store for anything.
