Service was great, and he was on time with his estimate of completion.
It is always great to find a battery shop that sells batteries, much cheaper than AutoZone advance auto parts and any other Battery store in the DMV. Having a commercial account as a plus to getting discounts on batteries. Checkout was a breeze. Great experience with this store. Highly recommended.
We came to the Chantilly store where Josh was covering. He was absolutely the best, very knowledgeable and helpful and went out of his way to help us with an issue. This is the kind of service we love, he took time to answer questions and gave us great advice on our battery issue. Next time we will visit John at his Alexandria store, he was awesome and coming from an HR background, this is the type of employee all companies need! Great job Josh.
Bought a battery 18 months ago, took it to the store for replacement, after 48 hours mentioned the batteries can't be replace, have charge but not enough to start my SUV, I will not recomend it, better option in others auto parts
