I ask, "Do you have the battery for my Harley in stock?" He says, "Yes.". I ask, "Is it fully charged and ready to go?" He says, "Yes." I buy the battery online and go pick it up that night and put it in my bike it barely turns over. I'm like -??????? A week later on the first really nice night to ride this summer I hit the key and it's dead. Wow. Called them he said bring it in we will look at it. I put a charger on it all seems good (for) now. They tested my questionable battery today and gave me really good advice on how I should replace it. She could have sold me a product that I couldn't use in the store but instead provided excellent customer service. I will be a long-term customer and return for future battery needs. 😀

Arrived at the same time another customer did. They made it to the door first. They needed a couple of FOB batteries replaced. The guy at the counter takes the FOB, stops everything, goes through the entire process of replacing the batteries while I stand and watch. After 4-5 minutes, and 2 more customers enter the store, he finally finishes. First customer pays…. My turn, do you have this type of battery…. Click click click, NO…. Do you have a replacement? NO.
