They didn't have the park we needed

Super fast service, super happy with this company.
Purchased a Duracell 12-9F2 from the Villa Park location for my UPS in May 2018 and the UPS started giving errors this week (8 years later) so I took it in to the Villa Park location. To verify the failure was not the UPS and before I spend another $50, I showed them the receipt and asked them to check the old battery. They pulled out a voltmeter and I responded that the website states they can test batteries and they said they only voltage check not load test.
