Brought a phone in for a screen repair. Got the phone home and it continuously turned off and restarted which it WAS NOT doing prior to the repair. Called and explained, they said bring it back up to put a new screen on. Brought it back, they said it'll take an hour, waited in the parking lot for that hour, went back inside only for them to say they saw it restarting and realized its a software issue so they didnt try to replace the screen. Expressed frustration and wasn't even offered an apology. Garbage customer service.
Great folks here get you going in no time. Always in stock whatever I need very helpful knowledgeable people in there to help you go above and beyond what you'd expect good to know that you could still find good people like that and I would certainly recommend your company to anyone that would ask me and again I thank you for caring about the customer without us you don't exist
Came in for a watch battery..they were fast, efficient and personable
They have quick services.I just needed some batteries to be recycled.
