They installed a car battery when every other auto parts store in the area, including the one directly next door, said they wouldn’t do the install due to the cold weather. They also had 3 battery options for my make & model and gave me my deposit back from my old battery shell before I even had to ask.
They will recycle long fluorescent bulbs for a small fee. Helpful employees.
I called they're just trying to get some information and if they carry the battery that I needed, I explained to the woman that answered the phone that I have a 2013 Ford escape hybrid, I explained to her that the battery is installed under the spare tire in the hatch area, not the high voltage battery but only the 12 volt battery!
