Our family have been Interstate customers for many years. This morning I purchased a new battery at their NEW ADDITIONAL location near Home Deport in Redding on Churn Creek Road. Tyler was my sales agent, and he was GREAT. He was nice and professional. The shop is so new and clean, in a easy location. I could not give a higher rating on Sales and Service. PS the free coffee was great.
Very knowledgeable on the batteries that I needed order them receive them on time and pick up was no trouble at all they brought them to my car immediately as I arrived
I was having the worst luck with my plug port on my phone I tried everything finally gave up and went into battery's plus this morning 11/24/25 and I tell you what the gentleman MARK was amazing fixed my phone in 10 secs I appreciate your help this morning!

At a quarter to one in the afternoon in Redding,Ca. I'm looking for a battery for my car, kinda in a hurry and calling instead of driving around endlessly to get a price and these Moyoxks can't even answer the phone. It rings once and hangs up on you. How's that for customer service, that's typical now days
