Emplyees are apathetic and do not return calls nor care about customers. Good experience a few years back. Last two not so great. No answer from hq cs call attempt either. Google mismatches store offerings like Optima Car Battery. No other store within 30 miles. This franchise needs attention!

I didn't even know batteries plus sold car batteries when I went online to search for new battery. They had very competitive( better) pricing with similar warranties. I ordered my battery drove, to the store, had the new one installed, the old one removed and my receipt in hand all within 15 minutes of arriving. The rep, Michael, was very friendly and efficient. Mark, Jasmine, and Ebi were very helpful. We were able to get right in and out. It was a nice and clean environment. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This is my #1 battery needs go to!
