I visited the store because my phone had gotten wet and wouldn’t turn on; I thought it was the battery. They managed to get it working, and it was a free diagnosis, so there was no reason for the extra hassle. When they took my phone to the back, they came back with my icons all rearranged, and I really don’t appreciate that. I don’t need your landline phone, and you don’t know me, so what was the point of that?

The GM there Tyler Wells is a real class act. Rude and condescending. They were supposed to fix my phone screen and it didn’t turn on. I take it back and the tech isn’t available until the next day. They expect me to wait without a working phone and refuse to give me a $107 refund. I ended up taking it to the another store to fix it and returned the screen. Great selection of hard to find batteries. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Had a great experience here with Madison! She did a great job changing our battery. We will be bringing our business here in the future.
