I brought in my watch for a new battery. The tech bent the connection point where the band connects to the watch. Broke the clips for the battery cover goes on. Handed it back to me and said he doesn’t know why it won’t go back together. Would put 0 stars if I could.
Fausto is the man! Made the entire process of buying a battery to replace my dead one fast and simple. Bought a Duracell and had no issues.
I came to ask for help with ID'ing what bulb I may need for an awesome lamp. Not sure why I thought they could help me here- but then, asked for watch batteries. Batteries Plus -so they don't sell watch batteries, but they send them out for service. I guess that's nice, except I have about 20 watches that need batteries. (I service them for resale). I guess they have everything else- but not watch batteries.
I went to store #812 on Hwy 380 in Prosper, Texas to buy a motorcycle battery. FBarranco his associate quickly found what I asked for and answered all my questions. They were both very friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommed this stor for anyone that needs a battery of any kind.

I informed him that our vehicle was operating solely on the battery (keyless) due to an accidental disassembly of the fob, resulting in the loss of the programmer. Fausto informed us that it was not feasible to drive the car without the key programmer, necessitating its presence within the vehicle.
