Nima was amazing! He first helped me get my car key fob working again and cut a new key on the spot. Then he went above and beyond by diagnosing a dead car battery, explaining everything in detail, and walking me through the entire process. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely nice guy. They installed a new battery, cleaned up the battery and cables, and had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this store to anyone—top-notch service from start to finish!

I ordered a car battery for pick up/FREE installment at 8am for pickup at 10am. I arrived a bit early, the gentleman there was so kind and informative. I went to grab food and i came back and my battery was installed! Pricing was very fair, a bit cheaper than my shop was trying to charge actually. Would come back if needed!! (hopefully not soon, because car battery issues aren't fun lol)
They advertise the store is open at 8am Mon to Fri, but after 20 mins waiting for someone to show up, nothing. I just wasted my time.
My wifes phone screen broke and we had one place try to fix (twice) but had issues. So I called this place and they said they could fix it. I said great I'm on my way. I get there and there is this sign up. I live 3 min from this place. That employee couldn't wait 3 min to take a bathroom break. So I wait, wait. 9:35 get there I go check, noone. I wait till 9:45 no one. Mind you this is a small window I have to get this done to get back to work. I wait til 9:50 no one. At this point I'm pissed. NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! ... read more
