Drove to this location for a phone repair because the local store another Batteries Plus in Madison Tn kept giving me the runaround . Received excellent customer service and my phone repair was completed in about 3 hours . Would drive across town again for future repairs or service for their professionalism .
We went in with a "light sabre emergency" looking for a rechargeable battery since it wouldn't light up. Jason & Parker were amazing! They got it going while we were there! May the 4th be with them 😜
Upon pick up the store employee give me a battery not been charged… so i had to go back again to the store for them to charge it… not a very good experience at all I am not going back there again
