Parker's the man! Walked in, having written down word for word per my mechanic, precisely what my golf cart needed (which Parker already knew). Having brought my old batteries in for their casings, (saving me both disposal fees and $$) Parker (who was managing the store alone) managed to take care of me, take care of other customers, while fetching carts, ringing up sales, etc...He was pretty much a one man band, juggling every spinning plate AND quite masterfully I must say!
