EDIT: To follow-up with the owner's response...I made no request to repair or replace the charging port. Only the battery was to be replaced. That was what I was charged for, and that was what I recieved. The device (an iPhone) was only not functioning due to the battery being dead. So your records do not accurately reflect the service provided, or rather lack thereof since the tech mananged to damage the ribbon cable inside.
