It was so refreshing receive EXCELLENT customer service from Batteries Plus! Not only did they replace the battery on my IPhone, they do a through check of the phone to see if any other problems exist. Better than that......they are super nice and respectful!!! Love them!
Very pleased with the service, prompt and professional.
I bought deep cycle batteries a year ago and they failed on me. I wasn’t happy when they told me they could not warranty them for me and I made it known. The manager Dan got involved and did end up replacing the batteries for me free of charge! Great customer service!
