Very pleased with the service at Batteries Plus on the Carlisle Pike. Had to get a new key fob and they ordered it and programmed it for me. I didn’t get the name of the two gentlemen who helped me, but they were wonderful! One was the manager and the other a store employee.

Terrible. After driving an hour to have an auxiliary battery install, I was told they didnt have the tools to install it. Total waste of a day and gas

Austin Fake was great! One of my buttons on my phone was sticking and hard to use, especially when trying to screen shot. He used rubbing alcohol with toothbrush to unstick it. And explained what to do if it happens again. The button is still working smoothly. He was professional, attentive, and pleasant! Thank you again, Austin Fake.
