I had a fantastic experience at Batteries Plus in Carlisle and can’t recommend them enough. After stopping at the T-Mobile store and getting nowhere due to a system failure and limited inventory, I decided to try Batteries Plus to see if they could at least diagnose the issue with my phone. For the past 2-3 months i have called in twice. needed a screen for my 14pro max, at first they said they ordered it and it’ll be there in a week. i waited 1 month to call back and they said it was on “back order” but they ordered it and it’ll will be at the store in a week. they stated they would call me when it came in. low and behold, about a month and a half later. haven’t heard anything.
