Most confidently incorrect customer service representative I’ve ever spoken with. Assured me there’s one universal lightbulb for ovens so I didn’t need to check the model (no surprise it didn’t work). Then when I asked if they recycle batteries he told me to throw them in the trash. The website says they have a recycling program… Granted this was several months ago, so maybe they’ve hired better staff or trained this person, but it’s not hard to say you don’t know instead of wasting people’s time.
Not sure if they use central time when opening up the store, cuz its past 8am and definitely not open. Maybe the person who is supposed to open up is hungover from labor day. Hopefully when I go back they are actually open.
A Samsung "authorized repair store" that won't work on Samsung Warranty repairs. Took my Fold 6 to get a inner screen replaced under warranty. Took 3 weeks for the part to arrive. When it finally did and I brought the phone in, the tech said they couldn't work on it because their "samsung software" was down. A week later, I was told they fixed the issue so I brought my phone in again. 2 hours later, get the same call- software down, they can't work on the phone. What an incredible waste of time- avoid.
Definitely will continue shopping here great service great products and great price
