Went to this location and guy never ask if I had a warranty to replaced my car fob’s. Immediately sated it would cost $23 to replaced both. His attitude was not very friendly.

They are so helpful and polite here, and the stores hours and location is very convenient. They went out of their way to help me with my issue, and the offer to replace my key fob batteries for free as long as I own the car is so nice. While in the store I realized all of their other offerings, I think I will return in the future whenever I need a car or boat battery, or to buy a battery jumper.
I was so very unkind, to say the least to the owner/manager because I thought he didn’t treat me fairly. As it turned out, he did, in fact, treat me fairly and kindly which is more than I did him! I was so appalled at myself and my reaction to him, that I called him back after I left the store to apologize profusely to him. I asked him to forgive me for the way I talked to him and how I treated him…and he said that he did forgive me…which he didn’t have to do! Now, this is the only place I go for my battery needs!
