I purchased a lithium battery from this store and installed it, but it did not function. I contacted customer service, which was handled by the store's cashier, who informed me that the battery needed to be "woken up." After reinstalling it, the battery still did not work. I returned the battery to the store, where they attempted to jump-start it with another battery. The next day, they claimed the battery was now functional.
