I paid extra for a battery with a 48 month warranty, after only 27 months the battery went bad, both the owner/manager and batteries plus customer support adamantly refused to honor the warranty. The man I spoke/argued with was rude and insulting. He insisted that I improperly maintained the battery, let it sit too long without starting the vehicle..... it was in my daily driver! Good price for a Chinese battey. Service at the store was always top notch.
Our tech called the store yesterday morning needing 9 batteries, the e store only had 6 in stock but told him they would order them from the Reno store. He arrived to pick up the batteries and was met with the rudest employee. He was unhelpful, snappy, rude and refused to order the 3 other batteries. This employee even yelled at a little old lady to wait her turn. This store used to have such great customer service. We will be shopping elsewhere to purchase batteries.
