Good store, great service and great products.
Owner called me and apologized for the mistaken situation. He had a new employee and that person didn't realize we had a commercial account. Since that time I've purchased many batteries from Batteries Plus.
I paid extra for a battery with a 48 month warranty, after only 27 months the battery went bad, both the owner/manager and batteries plus customer support adamantly refused to honor the warranty. The man I spoke/argued with was rude and insulting. He insisted that I improperly maintained the battery, let it sit too long without starting the vehicle..... it was in my daily driver!
