Tiffany saved the day!!! My phone battery wasnt working & i was worried/very upset i wouldnt be able to get all of my pictures off of my phone and she made it happen. The people at AT&T just wanted to sell me a new phone (which i will likely need to get a new one) but #1 priority was getting my phone on & working so the photos could get transferred. Tiffany made that happen!!! THANK YOU so freaking much Tiffany! I know you can relate and i am thankful for all of your time helping me! Tiffany deserves a raise!!!!!

Way overpriced!
The WORST customer service I have ever had. I purchased a car battery last fall and brought as the car wouldn't start. The store employees were horrible. They said the warranty was violated and that no battery should be left in a car if it wasn't being driven. They had no idea how often it was driven and just assumed it sat all the time. On May 17, 2025, I purchased two Duracell batteries from the BatterysPlus store located at 1759 NE 163rd St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. Two months later, one of the batteries failed, showing a voltage of 1.45V. I returned the battery to the store, anticipating a replacement. The store manager, informed me that they would attempt to restore the battery and estimated that it would take 4-5 hours. The bearded gentleman who helped us on a Sunday evening about a half an hour before closing was fantastic. I had stupidly gotten an SD card stuck in the slot were the e-SIM should go. And, he managed to get it out and save the phone! High marks for patience!! This store is a tremendous resource and we’ve received significant help with our cell phones here.
BEWARE! technician broke my phone and the store is not responsible. I took my cell phone to this location, per instructions on my claim via Assurant for a hairline fracture on the screen. About an hour later I got a call from Travis informing me that my phone was 'ready for pickup'; upon arrival he told me there was a problem and the back panel of my screen was cracked. I purchased a door Cell car battery on October 9, 2023 with a three year warranty and after six months the battery went bad and when I went to take it back to the store, they refuse warranty because the voltage was only 1.5 of course the voltage is low The battery is bad and they denied coverage
