Made an appointment online at 7 last night to get my cell phone battery replaced this morning at 9:30. Short turnaround time but the store closes at 8pm and opens at 8am, providing 2+ hours when they were open to review the appointment. I used the system the company provides, told it all the pertinent details, and it scheduled me. I was sent a confirmation email. Great customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It's the best place to shop for batteries and light bulbs. They help you recycle batteries and bulbs, too. I'm a huge recycler, so being able to drop off my batteries and bulbs here to keep our environment safe is important to me. Parking is a pain. The strip center has a lot of popular businesses, so snagging a parking space in the lot is tricky. Just be patient and you'll get one.
