I called today for my husbands broken iPhone and I spoke with Damon. Instead of giving me a standard reply of when they could fix it, him and Corey took time to ask more questions, see how busy they were on repairs, and then gave us the best service by fixing it SAME DAY!!!! Five stars to Corey and Damon. Incredible service today! Amazing team here.
Corey took extra time to find the right tool to replace my watch battery and then find the right battery which was tiny and hard to read! I had stopped at several jewelry stores as I drive around the state on my job and nobody could help me unless I left it for two weeks. So I really appreciated Corey because I really use my watch a lot and he really want the extra mile. Thanks again Corey!!!

Unbelievable and over the top service by Corey today at the elk river batteries plus. I didn’t expect him to be able to fix my phone on such short notice!!! I use this phone for my painting business and he not only took time to understand my unfortunate situation, but he chose to use it as an opportunity to over-serve. TOP NOTCH service today.
