I had a great experience with the customer service. Fernando I believe is his name is super pleasant and promotes the store and its value well. I can’t recall the name but the repair guy is super nice as well and he did an amazing job replacing the back of my phone. Transaction went smoothly . Honestly one of the most pleasant customer experience in town . May God bless them !
January 6 - you are supposed to be open until 7pm. I arrived at 6:38pm and the store was closed. Arranged my schedule and travel to be there, not happy......

I am 78 years old and I live by myself.My Car broke down with a bad battery in my garage. I called all the big box auto parts stores an they all said the same thing. They can't deliver deliver a fresh battery to my home because of company policy. So I called Batteries plus in St Cloud fl.They delivered a new battery with in one hr.Shanti was kind and respectful and profesional. If you ever need batteries or key fobs and more give a call.You won't be disappointed.
If anything goes wrong with your batteries and you need warranty service, do not buy them there. The manager and staff are completely clueless. They asked me to leave my batteries for 24 hours to check if they were still under warranty. When I went back to pick up the batteries, they wanted to charge me a core fee for no reason! Totally disappointed with this store. The franchise is good, but this particular store is awful.
