Today I went to the store in St.Cloud, Florida to inquire about batteries and found the store to be friendly, comfortable atmosphere and the staff very friendly and helpful. They didn’t make me feel rushed or inconviently them.answered all my questions with a smile and friendly. I was welcomed and thanked for my business
The store in st cloud in my opinion is exceptional. Went to another batteries plus in my area and had 3 batteries replaced in my scooters. The store ithey were purchased them from not stcloud messed up the wires and sold lower grade batteries that I actually needed. When I went to st cloud they were so very helpful and informative. The clerk that helped us was great. His name was was Fernando
I had a great experience with the customer service. Fernando I believe is his name is super pleasant and promotes the store and its value well. I can’t recall the name but the repair guy is super nice as well and he did an amazing job replacing the back of my phone. Transaction went smoothly . Honestly one of the most pleasant customer experience in town . May God bless them !
January 6 - you are supposed to be open until 7pm. I arrived at 6:38pm and the store was closed. Arranged my schedule and travel to be there, not happy......
