They didn’t fill or change the battery we purchased. We ended up doing it at home (luckily we had the supplies). At that point I should have just ordered an empty online and saved some money since I had to do it myself anyway.
Brie is a great help and a pleasant help when you need a need a new battery and it installed in your key fob! Well the other fob battery was in need of replacement, and the manager Tim was there with the smile that he always offers. I teased him and asked him if he ever got mad? I'd been in, and had sent other family members in and we all are shocked at how consistently helpful and genuinely kind he is -- he laughed, so I guess I'll never know, but do know these guys are wired to help. Alex was beyond helpful in helping me fix my phone. I had thousands of pictures including the birth of my youngest I never uploaded to a cloud or anything. She didn't have the parts to fix my phone but called all of her other stores and got me an appointment and they miraculously fixed it. The customer service is crazy good and Batteries plus has blown my mind . I can't thank them enough.
Trevor and this team are here to help. His customer service had me floored, not only was my phone repaired.. he did it fast and I could not believe the price. It's awesome knowing we have stores like this in our community that just want to help the community! Thanks!!!
