The team here has been so helpful in restoring the function of my old phone screen. Now I can properly back up said phone when I had otherwise lost all hope. They are efficient, reliable, and communicate well. I also feel that the store has cool things/services I didn't even realize it had. An easy recommendation!
I walked in and waited patiently for Alex, she was busy helping guests who had many questions. My turn. She helped me quickly because she recognized my wait was a bit longer. Two questions, upon her recommendation, not only did the she do the work for me but explaining in detail how to help myself next time. Which is not usual. Alex provided excellent customer with both myself and the guests prior! Appreciate you Alex!
Took several Timex watches in this morning that needed batteries. Trevor took excellent care of them while I waited. Super nice guy.
They didn’t fill or change the battery we purchased. We ended up doing it at home (luckily we had the supplies). At that point I should have just ordered an empty online and saved some money since I had to do it myself anyway.
Brie is a great help and a pleasant help when you need a need a new battery and it installed in your key fob! Well the other fob battery was in need of replacement, and the manager Tim was there with the smile that he always offers. I teased him and asked him if he ever got mad? I'd been in, and had sent other family members in and we all are shocked at how consistently helpful and genuinely kind he is -- he laughed, so I guess I'll never know, but do know these guys are wired to help.
