The way they treat the customers, even they don't have what i need is really bad. The way that he talks to me is unrespectful

I bought a battery here for the warranty, when I needed to use it it was declined because the cable clamp was too high, the terminal broke inside, an employee replaced and it broke again, they told me the employee made a mistake by replacing it the first time, don't use a Duracell battery on a dirt road or it WILL break, they told me the warranty is void if the charge is too high or too low or if its used off road.
Tha manager here, Alexa, is excellent and helped us fix an issue and was super kind and friendly, and did all she could for our device. She really went the extra mile even though there was nothing in it for her. We really appreciate her and this location.
