Walked in at 9:40. Two employees were there. One was busy. The second one walked out to ‘help’ the first. No one asked me what I needed, please wait or anything else. They watched me walk out at 10:10 and again didn’t say a word. Customer service for me was non-existent. I guess they didn’t need my business
I am so thankful for the folks at the Oviedo and Waterford lakes locations.... They went above and beyond in helping me identify and locate the correct battery for my generator. One of the owners called me back after hours to offer assistance and followed up with an email. I'm so happy to support this local business and know that they care about our community!
