I have been to this store 3 times trying to get my key FOB programmed. The first time the guy tried but did not have the right equipment to do it. The equipment was ordered. I stopped in last week and set up a time to come in to get it done. The appointment was written in the book. I told the person at the time of set up the make and model of the car, and that I had two key fobs that I had purchased on-line that I needed programmed. No problem, they said.
