I was in the Las Cruces, NM store today (4/3) at ~2:00 needing help with my watch. It is a watch that needs a reset after new battery and wasn't cooperating with my efforts. The ladies were wonderful and were able to reset my watch!! I'm so appreciative of their help especially when another place sent me away stating my watch was broken. I'm really glad that I tried Batteries Plus!! :) THANK YOU!!
These guys at this store are lazy! They always close at like 15 till 7:00 p.m. . I got here today at 8:00 till and the lights were off in the store was locked. They're supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. I arrived at 7:50 p.m. and they were closed already. This is not the first time they've done that
