I had a terrible experience with this store. I needed my screen fixed and they said it would be exactly like the iPhone and there would not be a way to tell the difference. Immediately on starting my phone the settings menu popped up saying it was a screen that was not genuine. The screen also stopped working and the store did nothing to rectify the issue. Go somewhere else for any phone issues. Also everything else is way overpriced and the workers are dishonest or unaware they are lying, not sure which is worse.
Great place for batteries for anything
I went in for batteries for my daughter's blood clucose monitor it was kind of a emergency I walked in with someone else and held the door open for her I got my batteries fast but the lady had a problem with her fob and he started helping her as I was standing there ready to pay he took forever and didn't say anything to me the phone rang and someone in back answered the phone there was 2 working and I stood there for at least 15 minutes when all I needed was to pay so I left and went next door to walgreens and got twice as ... read more
I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix my phone, that is the only reason I even went in. I had a vacation the weekend after and reasonably wanted my phone for a 6 hour trip. I went in the day it was supposed to be done and they had gotten a shipping notification the day prior. They didn't bother reaching out to tell me the full 2 weeks they knew the screen wouldn't be in. So they told me to just go buy a new phone for the weekend. Quick easy fix.
