I thought I was stranded with a dead battery, but Ryan was on the ground with tools helping me to change out the battery out on my bike. Not expected at all. Huge help to get me home. Absolute legend.
Received 15% discount ordering online. Arrived at store in less than one hour. Greeted by manager and showed him order info. Battery installed in my Silverado and I was going in less than 20 minutes.
Really have enjoyed my last two visits with this place! The staff is so friendly and fast to get the job done! Both times I had batteries replaced in my car key fobs. Walked in and out in 3 minutes, first visit was very affordable, second was free! So I’m happy! We will always be using this store.
Had to replace the battery and Tanda in Easley was great. She was under the hood in the heat and got the battery replaced while joking with us the whole time. She has a great personality.
Went in for a replace battery and installation on a laptop (internal battery) and was told all kinds of craziness. Evan (I believe his name was) said the battery may or may not even fit, it will take 4 weeks to get, he won’t know if it will fit until he takes the computer apart, blah blah blah… isn’t that is what the serial number is for? Also stated he needed to buy a soldering tool to remove the battery. Red flag after red flag. He told me I could pay more and just buy a new laptop. It was a joke, total waste of my time.
