Ordered a battery online to have my wife pick up because I drive OTT and when she went to get the battery she could not get the core charge back because she didn’t have the card. What’s the point of having an alternate pick up person if they can’t refund the core back to the card without you being there ? They charge you without you being there. Then when I called they act like they don’t know what I’m asking and keep telling me answers to questions I never even asked. Disappointing for sure.

Amazing customer service! Quick, in and out! Purchased my Duracell battery 2 years ago, came in today and told it's still under warranty!! Happy to say there was NO charge!! I will never purchase a battery elsewhere!
