Im so grateful for Batteries Plus. Every time I go there, they always take care of me. Cassie is super awesome. Very efficient, professional, kind, and timely. Can't say enough about Batteries Plus in Brandon, FL.
Make sure they don't charge you for the core.. they recycle these batteries and I'm sure they get some sort of kick back for it.
That one guy with the mullet and a gigantic bald spot, I think his name is Brian is hands down one of the best people I've ever dealt with! He replaced the screen on my phone but went the extra mile to let me know about issues with my device that might give me problems in the future without trying to pressure me into sales that I was unaware of. If something happens to my phone in the future I will 100% be coming back to see him
Made an appointment so I could have a cracked screen fixed . When I arrived the store was so clean and I was greeted with a smile. They had my claim information ready to go which made the process go smoothly. I was told the process takes about an hour so I left and after 40 mins they called to tell me it was ready . Highly recommended 👏👏
