Our experience at the Brandon store was not good. We were sent to the store on 7/08 from T-Mobile to get the battery replaced in my husband's phone. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with "do you have an appointment"? I said no. The technician said we don't have that battery in stock, but it could be ordered and be here tomorrow. We also had a claim number from T-Mobile but he said we had to pay almost 100.00 to order the battery. All week I was told it should be here tomorrow. Awesome bunch of very knowledgeable guys. Ok, yes I brought in a galaxy s20 that I knew was way past its useful life, but Chay worked on it and did his best. My phone couldn't be fixed, but he tried everything and helped me understand why this one is just not going to be fixable. Awesome service. Thank you.
Inadvertently walked in 10 mins before they closed & was helped right away. I had an issue with Advance Auto down the street & couldn't wait for them to resolve an issue with a motorcycle battery. I was sold the correct battery, new & included a 3 year warranty for less than the Advance Auto Diehard that failed within their 90 day warranty. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere! Great price, warranty & service!
The gentleman was very courteous, informative and helpful. I appreciate what he did. It just took a minute for him to help me.
