Our car remotes batteries was very low and one was dead. The gentleman working at the store was able to help us although we came in twenty minutes before they closed. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made sure the remote works before we leave the store. They have a program where once I have my car remote battery changed by them, anytime it dies again they will replace it for free. How awesome!
They installed a new battery in my son's Apple 14. Problem: The screen didn't work as expected after the battery was installed. Solution: They replaced the screen at no charge. Thank you for your great customer service.
