The Customer service was not great. Went for phone repair with an appointment and was pushed to a different store. Really just seemed like he didn't want to do anything. Was only him. Seems like management isn't great.

Customer service is outstanding! The battery I bought online and picked up at the 3300 location was not the right fit for my bike. When I went in to exchange it, I learned that the correct battery had been discontinued earlier this year. The only options available were a more expensive battery or a full refund. I chose the more expensive one, due to the inconvenience, they gave me a deal on the new battery. It was still more than the original I purchased online, but I appreciate that they were willing to give me a break.
I took my iPhone into batteries + for a simple screen replacement (crack). Marco acted like there was a low possibility of "saving" my iphone from being broken, even though it was working fine with the crack, so I was hesitant to hand over a payment method. They charged me $375 for a new screen, and it has been a miserable experience. My screen will turn on when it’s not supposed to, a corner of it doesn’t even work, and, my battery life is about 1/8 of what it was before I had my screen replaced.
