I had a good experience with the new location. As far as warranty goes, the brand and a product of their battery austin, the management and they team helped me out, got me in and got me out. What I had needed? And I appreciate them keep up, y'all good work
I recently visited this location and noticed a sign on the door stating that it was temporarily closed and would be reopening soon. There were also FedEx stickers on the door, along with other stickers. It would have been helpful to know that the location was closed before driving 20 minutes to get there.
Closed permanently
Went to the Batteries Plus at Wells and Blanding. They were temporarily closed. Then went to the store on Normandy and they were temporarily closed. Don't know what's going on but they could have posted that they were all temporarily closed and saved me a trip. Wasn't pleased with this at all.
