I had two watch batteries replaced at the Normandy Blvd. location. Amanda and TJ were kind and courteous. Amanda was very knowledgeable about the information, I was enquiring about and made sure I was happy with the service I received.

The store was clean and the employee I spoke with was nice but that sums up the positive. Came here to get my phone repaired. Was told they had my parts but when I showed up they didn't actually have them and instead of offering to order them the guy told me to go to another store. Also the employee keeps the door locked during business hours (This should tell you something about the neighborhood.)
