I went in twice to the Draper store to get my watch batteries changed. Michael and Karen were both very helpful and professional. Michael also answered questions about my phone and gave me good advice. Thank you!
I fought through rush hour traffic and found the store was closed and hour early stating issues with staffing.
I went this store to replace key fob battery. They convinced me to buy the unlimited battery replacement and said I can replace my fob battery in any batteries plus throughout US. Now when I went another branch same city they are saying your phone number is not here with us. They can’t replace the battery. Not reliable.

DO NOT GO to this store! The person that I spoke to on the phone at this store was the rudest, nastiest most inconsiderate person that I have EVER dealt with. I'm surprised that they are still in business with employees like that. I asked him a question and he jumped down my throat like I didn't know what I was talking about my own vehicle. THE WORST customer service experience in my 67 years.
