Do not recommend! I went drove over 40 mins to get my screen fixed through T-mobile insurance and once I got there. Young lady that was assisting me said the phone has to be in pristine condition. I get my phone replaced all the time at the Redford with no issues with having a broken back glass. Definitely not an enjoyable experience when this location!
I was directed to Batteries Plus of Roseville for phone repair. Excellent customer service. Phone screen was repaired in a matter of minutes. Thanks for getting my S23 Ultra back to normal!!
The customer service is top tier, everyone was so nice. The problem is when initially went in a 12v battery for my 4 wheeler I was given the wrong size, even with the old one on hand for exact measurements. Had to come back and exchange it. They had to reorder the correct battery (no problem). When I came to pick up the new battery I wasn’t given instructions on how to handle it. My original battery was sealed, this new one looked different. I sat it in my car and it had fell over and acid leaked out, burned through the box ... read more
