Was having charging problems with my phone and my insurance provider only offered a complete replacement for nearly 300 dollars, no alternatives. Upon speaking with Elisa I was informed by her that the store offers diagnostics and potential repairs for my issue in question and surely enough they were able to help! After speaking to the team we were able to schedule an appointment for repair and Elisa was able to change the part(s) in question swiftly. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs.
