Husband went in @545 pm on 7-19-25 Person working counter wouldn’t even help him because he didn't bring the battery he was replacing with him. Told my husband exactly that i cant help you!!! This guy was very short and very rude! It was obvious he didnt want to be at work we went somewhere to buy the battery. Will not return to this syore.

I normally don’t do reviews like this unless it’s worth my time and I feel like I should to possibly help others that may be in a similar situation. First off I made an “appointment “ on batteries plus’s website for Tue at 10am I bring it in and the younger gentleman starts taking a look at it but the way he looked a bit confused like he shouldn’t be working there…idk if he was new or just not very knowledgeable but it made me nervous off the bat, he continues to try and “figure it out” and after 20 min he says I’m good now ... read more
