They had exactly what I needed and I saved money

Always an issue with Batteries Plus. Every time. This time I ordered a battery to pick up from this store because it said this store had it in stock and the others didn’t. Low and behold the next day when I still hadn’t received an email that it was ready for pick up I call to find out they didn’t actually have it in stock. Cool, thanks for keeping me up to date… In the past I’ve been given a battery that was never prepped (basically an empty case) and another time they lost the order altogether.
