Always an issue with Batteries Plus. Every time. This time I ordered a battery to pick up from this store because it said this store had it in stock and the others didn’t. Low and behold the next day when I still hadn’t received an email that it was ready for pick up I call to find out they didn’t actually have it in stock. Cool, thanks for keeping me up to date… In the past I’ve been given a battery that was never prepped (basically an empty case) and another time they lost the order altogether. Very nice and smart workers!
Ordered a battery for my Harley online and picked it up later that day. Great service. Only complaint is the Duracell batteries were made in the USA but now made in Vietnam.
Went in yesterday to get a battery for work. The curly haired kid with glasses maybe in his early 20s poked fun at the model # i gave him off the battery. I was unaware there's a proper way to read the exact numbers off the battery. Im sure a grown man in his 20s thst still works retail in a battery store has far superior intelligence than a mere mortal lke myself. I dont feel that anyone should belittle a customer.
